Lucifer Season 6: Everything You Need To Know

Lucifer, the popular show which came to Netflix from Fox is finally coming to an end; this time for real. Netflix debuted the trailer for the sixth and final season during the series panel at Comic-Con 2021. The season will be available for streaming on September 10, which is quite surprising as most fans expected a late 2021 release date.

The trailer features a montage of snippet clips from previous seasons which bring back fond memories of the show. It culminates with Lucifer being pulled over by the police to which he responds that it’s his last night in L.A.

Joe Henderson, the executive producer for Lucifer elaborated on the lack of new footage from the upcoming season in the trailer.

“We spoil a lot in our trailers and we like to do that because we like everyone talking. But this is the final season. We’re trying to keep our hands really close to the vest. This is the last year that we have secrets [and] can surprise people.”

Fans of the show might remember that season 5 was originally supposed to be the final instalment. However, the show was renewed once again by Netflix for a sixth season. While we wait for Lucifer season 6 to drop, check out these photos from the final season.
